ABOUT US

We, Nisse and Ann-Britt, lives in Hjoggbole. It´s a small village south of Skelleftea, Sweden. At this photo you can see all of us, the Strombergs family. It´s me myself with Stumpan and Mimmi in my knee, and Nisse, with Alfons (he has resently moved to his new family in Skelleftea) and Ronja in his knee. Behind us is our lovely vorsteh Celine.

My dear husband, Nisse works as a smith in Skelleftea. In his sparetime he loves to “keep on” with old cars. Of course they have to be Volvos or Chevrolets. He also spend a lot of time in the woods with our two hunting dogs, Celine and Ronja.

Celine, by the way, has to be the kindest, happiest and most ingenious vorsteh in the world. In spite of her age (9,5 years) she´s still going strong. She´s also “Big Mama” for our bostons.

Ronja too, is very kind. She´s alert, happy amd very humble. Like Celine, she loves when we two-legged put on our wooden clothes.

At this moment we have two bostongirls, Mimmi (born -06) and Stumpan (born -07). They are called grandmother´s “little-girls” and are both very alert, happy and noisy.  Loves when our grandchildren comes for a visit, loves to give me “help” in the garden, as well as “help” in the household. But, to be honest……We spend a lot of time walking and training in the woods.

We believe that our dogs loves to live in the countryside, but very often we take them to town, for environmenttraining. Sometimes we take the bus, uses elevators, walks across the hanging bridge and so on. Only fantasy put´s end for what we might do.

Me, myself, puts a lot of my time carrying for our dogs. Since I don´t work outside our home (because of an accident), my weekdays consists of  exercising, training, courses, sometimes visits to the veterinary, dog shows, breeding-planning, contact with puppybuyers and so on

I also do love to use our camera. I´m no pro, but it sure is fun.

Our family also consists of three grown sons and their familys. All of them livis in Skelleftea. The “little people”, our grandchildren, are very loved by all our dogs. And the children loves the dogs too. We can hardly visit them without taking at least one or two dogs with us.
